Best Practices

Best practices are used to identify the products suggested and included in proposals. Warranties of "merchantability and longevity" are passed through from our vendors. Refunds are limited to the policy of the manufacturer of the product being re-sold by ChalkCreek Consulting LLC.  On return, a 20% fee, of the net sales price, will be retained for handling and shipping costs incurred by ChalkCreek Consulting LLC.

Hardware and Software Warranties

These products we recommend for purchase and installation, computer or technological hardware, software, communications, or services any Warranties, to the extent they exist, are provided only by the manufacturer of those computer, software or communications products or installers.

RESTRICTIONS: 

PURCHASER AGREES TO LIMIT THE LIABILITY OF CHALKCREEK CONSULTING LLC TO PURCHASER AND TO PURCHASER’S AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND TO ALL OTHER THIRD PARTIES, FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, COSTS, DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE OR CAUSES INCLUDING NEGLIGENT ACTS, ERRORS, OR OMISSIONS OF CHALKCREEK CONSULTING LLC, AND ITS AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONSULTANTS, SO THAT THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF CHALKCREEK CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT EXCEED $500.00.

• Information we receive from you on applications, tax preparation worksheets, other documents we use in preparing your tax return, or other forms;
• Information about your transactions with and or others; and
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
